A standard credit  decision report is a manually underwritten file that costs only $24.95 but is usually free as long as you charge your tenant an application fee to cover your costs. Each report remarks about negative credit card and loan payment history, collections, identity theft, credit scoring and more.

We can screen tenants from the following provinces: Alberta, British Columbia, Manitoba, New Brunswick, Newfoundland and Labrador, Northwest Territories, Nova Scotia, Nunavut, Ontario, Prince Edward Island, Quebec, Saskatchewan and Yukon Territory. Telephone support for all customers is Monday-Friday 9am-5pm EST. Telephone support is not available on Saturday and Sunday.
